David Maya joined L&S Advisors in 2018 as Business Development Manager.  In this role, David focuses on business development for L&S’ growing list of institutional clients.

David brings decades of industry experience.  Prior to joining L&S, David worked at First Western Capital Management as an Associate Relationship Manager where he was responsible for assisting with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) compliance and supporting client and new prospect communication.

David received his B.A. from California State University, Los Angeles.

On the personal side

David was born and raised in Los Angeles which for this city can be rare.  He is an avid golfer and plays racquetball as much as possible.  David also volunteers on various committees and is the treasurer for his local synagogue.  He also loves spending time spoiling his four nieces.
